addition to the honor of being ranked as the #1 home inspection

5th year in a row, Utah Pillar to

Franchisees have reason to be proud of
their achievements locally. At the Pillar to Postâ
Super Session franchisee conference held
in Jacksonville, Florida in late January, 2007, all five Utah
franchise owners were recognized for outstanding performance during
2006.
Frank
Ross, owner of Southwest Utah’s Pillar to
Postâ
franchise was recognized for completing
his 1000th inspection. This important milestone was reached in
July, 2006. “We’re pleased to be affiliated with the
top-rated home inspection franchise company in the country and to
have the opportunity to celebrate this milestone with those who made
it possible,” said Frank. “Our goal is to offer peace of mind to
all parties involved in the transaction through a clear and thorough
report. I think this award is evidence that we are achieving that

Utah County franchise owner, Steve Smith, was recognized for
significant business growth over the past year. Of his relationship

The recipient of three awards, Fred Larsen’s team serves the Salt
Lake County area. Last year he reached the 2500 inspection
milestone and was able to set some records for growth as well as

owners of the first Utah Pillar to Postâ
franchise to be established, Joe Rush and Lou Jerome have over ten
years of experience behind them in Northern Utah. They were
