MU Reduce Coatings Against Promotion Team
Manchester United (MU) manager Jose Mourinho made headaches with his injured list ahead of the game against Huddersfield Town at The John Smith’s Stadium on Saturday (21/10/2017) in the Premier League continued Lenterabola.com. There are eight MU players absent in this fight.
Six of the eight players injured, including Marouane Fellaini, Eric Bailly, Michael Carrick, Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo. Two other players, Henrik Mkhitaryan and Luke Shaw are being rested.
Because of that, Mourinho decided to bring a coating player. He brought some young Red Devils players, such as Joel Pereira, Axel Tuanzebe, to Scott McTominay.
“The player I carry is the same as the game against Benfica … Having a team is not in the best strength is great for our players who want to prove themselves,” said the 54-year-old manager, quoted from the club’s official website.
“But that does not mean I hope the injured players do not get well soon, I’m more stressed if we have a good squad to deal with situations like this,” Mourinho said.
Fortunately, young striker MU, Marcus Rashford who had experienced calf problems against Benfica, midweek, had been training and Mourinho was brought to face the English League promotion team.
