Currently we
offer as an additional service, a
termite inspection. The termite
inspection is performed according to the
National Pest Management Association
standards. The fee for the termite inspection
when performed with a home inspection is $55.
We also do
mold sampling.
This service is not a mold inspection but air sampling to detect mold spores
in the air of the home. The fee for this service IF done along with a
home inspection is $295. This is for three samples, one of which has to be
taken outside. Additional samples are $95 each. We can take swab samples of
mold on walls for example and we do have the ability to take samples inside
walls and ceilings. If mold sampling is requested not with a home inspection
then there is an additional fee of $55. Samples are sent over night FED EX
to the lab and results are usually back in three days. Call us for full
