Before The Inspection Checklist
In order for the inspection to go
smoothly we need these five things from you, the Realtor.
ONE:
The Gas turned on. (The gas water heater lit
& gas fireplace pilot lit)
TWO:
The electricity on. No locks on the
meter or breaker boxes.
THREE:
The water on at the meter and functioning
inside the house.
FOUR:
Access to the home. A way for the inspector to get in.
FIVE:
Dogs penned up or on a leash. Attic
and crawlspaces unlocked as well as vehicles and stored belongings moved to
provide access to these areas.
